Messages from email, LINE and Instagram arrive in one inbox. Replies are supported for email and LINE.
Set an owner and a status on each conversation. A conversation marked done reopens automatically when a new message arrives.
You can see who else has the conversation open and who is writing a reply. If a colleague is mid-reply when you send, a confirmation step is inserted first.
Correspondence groups by customer. Messages on different channels from the same person become one conversation and stay as history.
Save replies you use often and insert them in place. Names are substituted at insert time, so you can edit the text before sending.
Each organisation gets a receiving address, and mail sent there lands in the inbox. Your own domain is also supported; because DNS changes are required, we set that up with you directly.
Booking notification emails are parsed and captured as customer information. Hot Pepper Beauty booking notification emails are supported. Logging in to the booking site and syncing availability are not.
