Getting started
From signing up to going live
What happens after you sign up, in order, on one page, so you can read it while you are still deciding.
Three stages
- 1
Sign up
3 fields and a passkeyEnter your email address, name and organization name, type the code we email you and register a passkey — the organization is created straight away.
- The form asks for your email address, name and organization name. There is no password: you sign in with a passkey on your device (fingerprint, face or PIN). Keep the recovery codes shown at the end in case you lose your passkey.
- Arriving from an industry page starts you off with that industry already selected.
- If you have an invitation code, you enter it on the same screen.
- 2
Set things up
One screen at a timeChoosing an industry starts you with the screens that industry uses most. Anything you do not need can be hidden from the sidebar.
- The setup guide walks you through the settings to make first.
- Contacts can be imported from CSV, with a review of the rows and duplicates before you confirm.
- Invite the people you work with and give them the admin, staff or viewer role.
- Choose the modules you need. They can be added or stopped later.
- 3
Go live
The same dayYou can start using each feature as soon as it is set up. Nothing has to wait for everything else.
- Integrations can be added from the settings whenever you need them.
- Automation rules and step campaigns can be checked with a test run before they go live.
- The documentation and the in-app guide are there when you are unsure.
Connecting other services
You connect them yourself from your own settings screens. Nothing waits on us.
LINE official account
One screen, 5 fields
You keep using your own LINE official account. We never hold the account for you.
- •You provide two channels of your own: a Messaging API channel and a LINE Login channel.
- •You enter five values: the channel access token, the channel secret, the login channel ID and secret, and the LIFF ID.
- •Paste the webhook URL shown on the screen into LINE, then use the connection test to confirm it.
- •One LIFF ID per organization covers every customer-facing screen: membership cards, booking, points, lotteries and prepaid passes.
POS integration (Smaregi)
3 steps
Register transactions flow straight into your customer data. You can connect it during your trial (30 days from signup).
- •Enabling the integration in the settings issues a webhook URL for your organization.
- •Register that URL as the transaction webhook on the Smaregi side.
- •Authorize the connection when prompted, and products, customers and stock start syncing.
- •Staff links and store mapping are only needed if you use them.
Bringing your existing data
Data you keep in a spreadsheet or another tool can be imported as it is.
- Contacts can be imported from CSV, with a review of the rows and any duplicate email addresses before you confirm.
- Companies are created automatically from the company-name column, and tags can be set in a column too.
- Reservations and customer records can be imported from salon booking-site CSV files; ask us which formats are supported.
- Products are synced through the POS integration.
- Contacts can be exported to CSV at any time.
If you get stuck
How-to material lives in the documentation; questions about pricing and contracts are answered on the pricing page.
