From collecting preferences to a confirmed plan

What you can do
Staff can submit preferences in plain sentences
A sentence such as "I cannot work Wednesday morning next week" is read by AI into a preference. The person checks it before it is saved.
Set required headcount and staff conditions
Set the headcount needed for each time slot, and per staff member: leader, skills, weekly hours limit and a limit on consecutive working days.
Generate a draft automatically
A draft is built from conditions and preferences. Slots that cannot be filled are shown as shortages; conditions are never broken to fill them.
Confirm only without violations
A draft is a draft. It cannot be confirmed while any condition is violated. A confirmed plan cannot be edited; duplicate it to change it.
See why a plan looks as it does
AI explains the plan in words. The numbers come from the system, and if a number not in the facts appears, a fixed sentence is used instead.

What it cannot do yet
- AI is used only to read preferences and to explain. Whether an assignment meets the conditions is checked by the program, not the AI.
- A draft writes nothing to reservations or attendance. Reservation hours (weekly slots) are not changed.
- It does not guarantee an optimal plan. An administrator reviews, adjusts and confirms it.

- Preferences are submitted by a user linked to the staff member, after signing in.
- Does AI decide the schedule on its own?
- No. Drafts are built by a fixed procedure; AI is used to read preferences and explain. An administrator confirms.
