- Internet connection and data charges are your responsibility. Email beyond the monthly allowance is charged as listed on the pricing page.

- Payment timing
- The first payment is due when you subscribe, then billed automatically on each renewal date.
- Free trial
- 30 days from sign-up (once per organization). You are not charged automatically when it ends; a paid plan is required to continue.
- Service start
- Available immediately after payment is complete.
- Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from billing settings. You can keep using the service until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions are not refunded if canceled mid-term. One-off top-ups of AI credits and storage are not refunded.
