Sales & transactions
Transactions are imported as they happen. Returns and voids are reflected too, and totals roll up per store.
Members & points
Link Smaregi members to LINE memberships. Points accrue on every visit, and can be written back to Smaregi.
Reservations
Import bookings from Smaregi Waiter. You can also take bookings over LINE and send reminders.
Attendance & commission
Import attendance from Smaregi Timecard, and use it for staff nominations and commission totals.
Auto-sync
Sales, members, products, and stock sync automatically every hour. No manual imports.
HQ & multi-store
Map each Smaregi store to a location and analyse them together at HQ. Per-store billing is broken out for you.

Prices include tax. On the Pro plan, each store beyond the first is ¥3,300 per month.
Every Pro-level feature is free for 30 days from signup (payments are still in preparation). Email and LINE sending is capped during the trial. Each organization gets one trial; it is not granted again on plan changes or re-subscription.
Frequently asked questions
- I already pay for a standard plan. Do I need to switch?
- No, your current plan keeps working. Switching to Smaregi billing moves your invoice over to Smaregi, so get in touch if that is what you want.
- Which one should I sign up through?
- If you use Smaregi, buy through the App Market: that pricing assumes the POS connection. If you do not use Smaregi, use our standard plans.
- Will I be charged by both Smaregi and Kashiwade CRM?
- No. When you buy through Smaregi we do not bill you at all, so your only payment is the one on the Smaregi App Market.
