Member roster, contact network and event RSVPs, from one list
From roster to contact network to attendance counts, on the same member data that carries over when officers change.
No credit card required to sign up.
How it arrives on the contact network (example)
- Contact network (same text to LINE and email)This is a notice about the next event. Please reply on this form to say whether you will attend.
Hand over when officers change
The roster, send history and event records stay in the group's account. An admin can add or remove people any time.
Reaches members who skip LINE
Send to LINE and email both. Write the message once and it arrives by each member's channel.
RSVPs counted from a form
Responses are tallied as they come in, and respondents are tagged automatically.
What you get
- ✓One member roster, so contact details survive a change of committee
- ✓Write an announcement once; it goes out over both LINE and email
- ✓Take event sign-ups on a form — responses attach to the member record
- ✓Share the year's events and who is running each one on one calendar
Before and after
How it works today
- The roster is a spreadsheet; the phone numbers sit with past officers
- Word goes out by group email, noticeboard and hearsay
- Attendance is counted by hand from email replies
How it works after
- One member roster the next committee picks up as it stands
- One message reaches LINE and email, with delivery results on screen
- Form responses tally themselves and tag the members who signed up
How this industry uses it
Member roster
Keep contact details, join dates and the group or role each member holds in one roster. Tags split it by year, district or working group.
See this feature →Announcements on LINE and email
Send the same message to both channels at once — to every member, or to just the group you tagged.
See this feature →Event sign-ups and attendance
Take sign-ups and attendance on a form, tag whoever responds, and line the dates up on a shared calendar.
See this feature →Notices and handouts
Publish activity reports, rules and handouts as pages your members can read.

FAQ
- Can we collect membership fees online?
- Only if your group connects its own Stripe account. Payments then go straight to your group — we never hold the money and take no cut of it. There is currently no built-in way to collect fees without that connection.
- Our committee changes every year. Can we hand it over?
- The roster, the record of what was sent and the event history all belong to the group's account, so swapping officers leaves the content untouched. An administrator can add and remove members at any time.
- Some of our members don't use LINE.
- Announcements go to LINE and email alike. Write the message once and it reaches the members who have only an email address as well as those who have only LINE.
